Pilot terms, in plain language.
These are pilot terms for the GirderLab counter and marketing site. They are not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed agreement.
The pilot
GirderLab is pilot software. It is provided to the pilot shop for evaluation for eight weeks, with support from the team. Features and prices may change before general availability.
Your responsibilities
Keep backups, use one browser profile for the counter, check the printer and tax settings before issuing real invoices, and have your accountant review VAT/SSCL mappings. Do not use the demo with real customer data.
No warranty
The pilot is provided as-is. We will fix defects we can reproduce, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular accounting purpose. Statutory obligations remain the shop’s.
Data and ending the pilot
You can export your data at any time. If you leave the pilot, we will help you take a backup and delete pilot cloud snapshots on request.
